Most people find their happiness in cooking. Cooking is a great hobby and profession as well. Even me, i love to cook especially pasta. Because my brother love spaghetti, most especially if i used the spaghetti sauce of italian style.
Though, there are some who believe that pasta isn’t good for our health. However, according to nutritionist can be part of a healthy diet since it is a complex carbohydrate. It’s also good for you and sports people eat it because it slowly releases energy to help with endurance sports.
