Many people dream to have a perfect body like some model has. Perfect vital statistics. Unlucky for those who are characterized as overweight. That they need to maintain their weight loss programs such as diet, exercise and slimming pills.

Having a healthy weight decreases your chances of developing serious health risks such as heart disease and cancer. The latest and greatest weight loss diet, again? This was the title of the talk given by Ms. Nenette Umali, RND of the St. Lukes Medical Center’s Obesity and Weight Management Center in the seminar on “Diets for Weight Management which was held at the Shangril Hotel in Mandaluyong City.

“Fad diets often sound good”, Umali notes. “but typically fall short of delivering their promises. Some interventions entail greater dangers than the risk of being overweight. The negative effects must be carefully considered before embarking on any weight loss programs. According to Umali, ideal weight loss should be gradual and should not exceed two pounds per week. Be wary if they promote diet that are nutritionally unbalanced or extremely low in calories, such as the so called “Starvation diet” or “no-no diet”.

Nowadays many people are unhappy with their present weight and some are not sure how to change it. Many would be better off staying where they are. Some are dreaming being look like a Model, artist in TV Series. Some get depressed why their body looks like that asking why? is it hereditary? do im eating the wrong one?

There are lots of ways to deal with that kind of problems. Especially nowadays some do a six hours fasting, or a diet which practically a non-healthy diet for they are avoiding carbohydrates, where they believe a high source of fats. Some go on a fitness first or anywhere gym club where they can do exercise spending their time after work, some go on a best slimming pills.
