Thursday, April 29th, 2010

Malacañang announced on Wednesday, April 29, 2010 that May 3 Monday is Labor Day. So everyone is having a happy long weekend vacation, and also me.

Labor officials said President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will not make any wage increase announcement on Labor Day because wage boards in seven regions that have filed wage hike petitions were still holding deliberations that may conclude only in two or three weeks time.

But on May 1 there will be a Mega, Mega Job fair that the government offering 60,000 to 80,000 local and foreign jobs, the biggest ever in the nine-year-old Arroyo administration.

Bistek for Mayor

Tuesday, April 13th, 2010

Vice Mayor Herbert Bautista, aka Bistek, is running for Mayor In Quezon City. Bistek is a Showbiz Veteran, he took on comedy in his older years.. As i remember he is part of the Movie Working Boys with Vic Sotto, Joey De Leon and Tito Sotto.. Oh well, that’s one of my Old Movie favorite. Those role he played endeared him to the public and masses awareness.
He had the program Social Services for the Poor, the Anti Drug Campaign. One of the Achievements of Herbert “Bistek Bautista is “Tahanan” or the QC Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center.
I will vote for Bistek as a Mayor this coming election..

I saw it in the news the other night that there is a temporary restraining order to implement LTO’s RFID system in the new vehicle registration.

Those who got to install their RFID are requesting a full refund from the LTO.. Php350
