New Hairstyle

Saturday, August 29th, 2009

BS092703927095459It was February this year when I’ve got my new hairstyle. I went to a salon and got my hair rebonded. I looooved it talaga because I looked five years younger (on my opinion :-) ) It was my birthday gift for myself to have my hair rebonded.

After six months, its August 22, I had a new hairstyle again. We went to July’s Salon and the stylist who cut my hair is Shine he is a bisexual you know and I would highly recommend you to go with him because he is talented and wonderful. Their salon is located just along the national road going to Angat. Thank you Pie, my sister-in-law for recommending me this place.

I have this Layered look. I don’t know about you guys but I like this bangs, I think it makes me look cuter hahaha. They say haircut look best one week after its one week to be exact and its nice padin.

GOD calls Moses

Tuesday, August 25th, 2009

One day, when Moses was sitting by a well, seven daughters of Jethro, the priest of Midian, came to draw water and fill the troughs for their father’s sheep and goats. But some shepherds drove Jethro’s daughters away. Then Moses went to their rescue and watered their animals for them. When they returned to their father, he asked “Why have you come back so early today?”.
“An Egyptian rescued us from the shepherds,” they answered.”
“Where is he” he asked his daughters. “Why did you leave the man out there? Go and invite him to eat with us.”
So Moses decided to live there and Jethro gave him his daughter Zipporah in marriage, who bore him a son. Moses said to himself, “I am a foreigner in this land, and so I name him Gershom.”
Years later the king of Egypt died, but the Israelites were still groaning under their slavery and cried out for help. Their cry went up to God, who heard their groaning and remembered his covenant with Abraham,Isaac, and Jacob. He saw the slavery of the Israelites and was concerned for them.
One day while Moses was taking care of the sheep and goats of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian, he led the flock across the dessert and came to Sinai, the holy mountain. There the angel of the Lord appeared to him as a flame coming from the middle of a bush. Moses saw that the bush was on fire but that it was not burning up.
When the Lord saw that Moses was coming closer, he called to him from the middle of the bush and said, “Moses! Moses!,” he answered, “Yes, here I am.”
Then the Lord said, “I have seen how cruelly my people ae being treated in Egypt; I have heard them cry out to be rescued from their slave drivers. I know all about their sufferings, and so I have come down to rescue them from the Egyptians and to bring to them out of Egypt to a spacious land. Now I am sending you to the king of Egypt so that you can lead my people out of his country.”
But Moses said to God, “I am nobody. How can I go to the king and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”
God answered, ” I will be with you, and when you bring the people out of Egypt, you will worship me on this mountain. That will be the proof that I have sent you.”
“I am who I am. You must tell them: “The one who is called I AM has sent me to you’. Tell the Israelites that I, the Lord, the God of their ancestors, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, have sent you to them.”

(Quoted from Exodus 2:15-25; 3:1-22, Today’s English Version)

My readers, you may think why I’ve written this here in my blog. The purpose of it is for you to realize that God is really sending a messenger- not to mention Noah- to bring salvation to His people.
In different periods of time, God sends His messengers to save us.
We, the Iglesia ni Cristo members give value to the labors and sacrifices of God’s messenger in these last days- Bro.Felix Manalo.

Monthly Internet Cost – NO MORE

Wednesday, August 19th, 2009

I would like to thank my son Clark Kent for sponsoring the what they called Antenna and router churva chenese. It cost him P5000.00 for that two items which will give us internet connection for free. Of course there’s initial cost but its okey it’s only five months payment of a regular internet fee.

I intend to return the money to him by this coming months. I am so grateful that he volunteered to buy that items. I’m going to buy a new desk top computer for him which he will use in our house because I always bring the laptop in our office.

Monday Sickness

Monday, August 17th, 2009

Weekend is over and another week is starting. I hate this weekend you know! We planned to go to mall last saturday but annoyingly the national road is under construction still and we can’t bring the car so we decided to stay at home na lang.

After lunch Rommel decided to fix our water pipes because its been almost a month n yata that it has a leak. I gave him P1,500.00 to buy a new hose. He got 2 plumbers to dig the hose so that it will not again be tear off.
I gave my house helper P1,000.00 to pay the water bill for the month of July. And P1,000.00 for market. And another P1000.00 for some food stuff.

Hay.. we’ve never been to mall and yet I spend too much for a day. I was irritated by that unavoidable circumstance of water pipes fixing.

Acne Treatment

Friday, August 14th, 2009

I had my 2nd session today of pimple treatment at Proderm. Whew! Ouch! While I was lying in bed and she’s pricking my pimple it really is painful. I just want to get rid of these ugly zits on my face that’s why I intend to bear the pain until they are totally gone.

I don’t wear any make-up, I just put on powder and lipstick and that’s it. I just wanted to look fresh and flawless. I believe that a girl doesn’t have to wear full make-up just as long as she has soft and smooth skin that’s enough to show it.

Chatting with KIM

Friday, August 14th, 2009

Yesterday St. Gabriel had no classes that’s why I brought Kim at nanay Zeny’s house because she will feel alone and bored in our house. There at least she will enjoy playing with zoey and internet gaming.

I was very glad that she knows how to chat na. She’s using the headset but unfortunately I don’t have it that’s why she was forced to type what she wanted to say. It was funny the way she wrote the words like.. mami plis uwi ka na, naintin dihan mo diba.. Now I know she knows how to read the tagalog words. Though I’m not always teaching her about subject matter in school.

I have this story, I felt so guilty. One weekend at home I was very busy looking for the registration of Alex Caro because it was lost and we couldn’t find it anywhere in the office so I tried to locate it in house. While I’m so busy looking for it, I saw Kim also busy coloring her book on the floor and answering her mathematics textbook. I heard she called me and persuaded me to help her answer it.

I said “later bunso my hinahanap pa ako“. She went on answering by herself. I don’t know how long it took me finding the said registration but I noticed Kim wasn’t anymore on the floor. I went in the room to look for her and I saw her in bed sitting and holding her mathematics book silently crying. I was suddenly couldn’t talk because she looked at me with teary eyed and a kawawa look. I sat beside her and confronting her. I said sorry because I ignored her. And began teaching her.

Haaay.. this is the consequence of both parents are working. There are times that actually most of the times that we don’t have enough time to spend with our children. But we have to work in order to give them the best of everything.

God’s Calling

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

I’ve cherished every single moment of my life
Because God is so loving, full of understanding
full of promises and blessings

I was in the dark before,
Not even aware of the things I was doing;
Whether it was pleasing Him or not

As time went by, HE found a way
For me to enter in His fold;
I have appreciated and embraced
my calling

Now, knowing and faithfully believing
That God has a promise to His people
Who continuously obey Him and
Follow His commandments

I will treasure this so much
Even proud to shout it to the whole world
that….. I am an ….
IGLESIA NI CRISTO member.

This poem is written by an Iglesia ni Cristo member, I wrote it here because I love the poem. And I am as proud as the writer to be an Iglesia ni Cristo.

Mom’s GallBladder Sugery

Saturday, August 8th, 2009

Been here at the St. Michael Family Hospital (Marilao) for 2 days and this is the second night that Tita Mariz and I will be spending here.

Nanay just had her gallbladder surgery (Lap Choly is what they call it, removing of the gallbladder and the stone that comes with it).

The good news is, the dangerous part is done. She is now resting in her suite and is scheduled to be checked out tomorrow, Sunday at 10:00am

Tatay will be going to Germany tonight too. We hope his mind is at peace during his travel

Good night!

connection

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

I’m eager to use my newly installed internet connection and landline in our office. Now I’m able to use it on my work and blogging. There’s no reason now that I wont be able to blog daily especially on what’s the latest on me ad everything around me just because I don’t have internet here and I don’t have time at home. Whew this is another added expense on my budgeting every month. Maybe I should cut the smart bro at home for less monthly expenses and we should buy the antenna and router that my brother is saying, no monthly payments.
